No way - outrun any stock GSR, give a TypeR a run for the money. 150 whp and 140 lb/ft torque - no GSR has that ! TypeR starts to pull away over 95 mph - better gearing ?

thanks guys I am still leaning toward turbo, I just wish the result of the jrsc for our non vtec were a bit better,up here in canada perfomance parts are so expensive a jrsc retails for around 3900 and I was quoted 3800 for a dragII and 4300 for a dragIII,. but on the other hand I have driven in a jrsc gsr and wow it was fast!hmmm so hard to decide I feel my rs is a quick car have raced my buddies 2000 itr many times with good results
doing 50-60 km/h both in second we both hit it and were side by side shifted into 3rd before him gained a few feet but then he shifted and started inching up and but the time I shifted into 4th he started walking away, I do think I do have a strong rsI am just worried if a jrsc will be enought! I know a turbo may be to much?!?!then again I could always add a nos kit to the sc??!?!?!?! hmmm

the rs is the underdog of the teg line. But even the underdog ... wins...

I only have 150hp and 130 torque out of mine but do run a 14.7 in the 1/4 with full interior and crappy michelins.

I think that will take car of pretty much most GSR's with bolts ons.

Well if you're leaning towards turbo.. go for it... Tuning is needed... but either way, you have lots of flexibility....

I put a turbo (fully custom setup) on my 95 RS.... currently at 10psi boost... and my latest run was one our 407 north of toronto... i was able to gain on a S2000... so im figuring it's putting out more then 200WHP.... not bad... although i dont have it tuned yet..

You could wait for the Greddy turbo kit. I heard that they're going to develop it after the kit for the SI is done.
